TownePlace Suites Building Tour


Please join AIA Charleston for a tour of the TownPlace Suites. The hotel is a 5 story, 101 room wood framed hotel with brick and EIFS façade. The hotel will have a business center, fitness center and each guest unit will include a kitchenette. The building is in currently under construction with a scheduled opening in July. We will learn about the challenges and decisions behind the wood frame construction. The construction budget was $8 million and it is on schedule to be completed in June.  Happy hour to follow at Triangle Char & Bar.

**This project is mid-construction, please wear closed toe shoes, hard hats, eye protection and safety vests.**
