Architectural Intern

We are seeking two talented architectural interns for our Charleston, SC office who are passionate about design, detail-oriented, efficient, devoted to quality output, able to work independently as well as in a team environment, possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, and have excellent communication skills, all necessary to be a successful candidate.

Qualified applicants possess a BArch or MArch; demonstration of licensure track is desired; have a minimum of 1-year of applied experience using AutoDesk Revit Architecture in a professional design practice. Experience with graphics software such as Google SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is an advantage. LEED accreditation is preferred.

We are seeking a talented Registered Architect for our Columbia, SC office that is passionate about design, detail-oriented, efficient, and devoted to quality output, able to work independently as well as in a team environment, possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, and have excellent communication skills, all necessary to be a successful candidate.

Qualified applicants possess a BArch or MArch; a minimum 7-years of experience, including 1-year of applied experience using AutoDesk Revit Architecture, in a professional design practice. Design experience in public, private, higher education, and/ or health care is necessary. Experience with graphics software such as Google SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is an advantage. LEED accreditation is preferred.

Registered Project/Lead Architect

Candidates must be capable of:

  • Executing all aspects of highly refined complex custom residences and small commercial projects, from concepts to consultant coordination to contract administration
  • Comfortably interacting with clients, contractors and design consultants
  • Comfortably moving between modern and historically inflected design languages
  • Communicating exceptional well thought hand sketching/rendering and be computer fluent (Archicad experience is a plus)

Estimator/ Assistant Project Manager

Commercial glazing contractor looking for someone with some CAD experience to work closely with a senior Estimator/Project Manager to learn the trade and become an estimator/ assistant project manager.

Duties in the beginning would be to get drawings printed so that projects can be estimated, helping with our CAD program in some instances, Learning to do take offs for Storefront and curtain wall, send them in to be quoted by different Manufacturers, getting glass quoted per specs, compiling all information for Bid day, then working closely with senior project manager figuring labor and miscellaneous and services needed to come up with a qualified bid.
