SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES

Registration and file upload will be handled through the AIA Charleston website to help streamline the submission process.   AIA Charleston will host a gallery of all submissions for review by the jury.

After AIA Charleston's receipt and review of each Registration Form, an e-mail will be sent to the Contact Name listed; the e-mail will include additional instructions, entry numbers for each anticipated submission, and a link to the Submission Portal for required forms, payment options, and file upload.

Compile each entry with the following:

One (1) print resolution .jpg file named “Entry X – Public Display Image”

One (1) Project Design Summary - 50 words max

One (8) page (max) PDF of project imagery - 8.5x11, (1) image per slide; orientation to be portrait, landscape, or mix

One (1) Concealed Information Form

Photo release paperwork. Each photographer per submission should have their own release.

Note:  File uploads can not be greater than 20 MB.  Multiple upload of files is acceptable as long as files are identified accordingly.
