In this key position as Project Architect, your primary responsibility is to control, manage, direct, and supervise all necessary efforts for the assigned client projects to ensure all work is completed on time and at or under budget. This position is also responsible for achieving planned project profitability and client expectations.
Responsibilities include:
Initiate and maintain contact with clients and management on a regular basis.
Closely manage and direct progress of projects during duration
Complete assigned projects with the budgeted hours and deadline
Seek out opportunities to improve equipment, methods, processes, and procedures to benefit the company.
Manage, direct, and mentor support personnel.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Exercise sound and ethical business practices in all areas
Qualifications include:
5-Year Degree in Architecture from an Accredited University
Professional accreditation: SC license or ability to become licensed.
4+ years of experience in an architectural firm environment
Excellent mentorship attributes to guide supporting staff.
Excellent organizational skills and follow-through ability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
